Steve has 30 years of executive level management experience, along with nearly 15 years of facilitating outdoor-based experiential leadership development programs.

His passions include skiing, biking and running in the Wasatch mountains.

During the winter he teaches adaptive skiing to individuals with mental and/or physical challenges.

In his spare time, he’s the Associate Dean of Business Programs for Independence University.
